Inside you'll find our best selling super-fine Caputo flour to help you make perfect fluffy pancakes every time. We’ve also included three heavenly pancake toppings, all made from natural Italian ingredients. To help kick start your day the Italian way, we’ve also added our fair trade organic Arabica coffee, the favourite brew of Rome's best bars!

• Caputo Extra Fine ‘00’ Flour (1kg) Caputo flour is recognised as being Italy’s very best flour! Powder fine and super-light, it’s perfect for making the fluffiest pancakes every time!
• Organic Fairtrade Arabica Coffee (250g) Our Caffè Haiti “BIO” blend, made of 100% Arabica coffee is both 100% organic and 100% fairtrade. It is strong and full of flavour and ideal for espresso pots, caffettiere and filter coffee machines.
• Organic Acacia Honey (250g) Acacia honey is very pale with a sweet, delicate floral flavour and therefore one of the most popular honey varieties. It will taste amazing drizzled on pancakes!
• Sweet Sicilian Pistachio Spread (212ml) Heaven in a jar for pistachio lovers and all things sweet!! This rich, creamy and dense paste is made from the best Sicilian pistachios.  It’s delicious eaten alone straight from the jar or spread on toast and pancakes. Packed full of nutrients, this sweet but healthy spread is also a popular filling for Sicilian cakes and desserts.
• Calabrian Extra Fig Jam (250g) A delicious jam made from Calabrian figs grown in the Province of Cosenza, known worldwide for producing the best figs in Italy; sweet, juicy and full of flavour. This tasty jam can be used for sweet preparations, on buttered toast or in sandwiches.
